Nettle Tea
An original artwork from Michelle's "Betty" stitched story series.
This artwork is inspired by the technique of spinning nettle fibres from the stems of the plants to make a cloth similar to linen. Betty of course wastes nothing. She uses the unneeded leaves to make a deliciously nutritious tea, sweetened with a teaspoon of honey perhaps!
