Yes of course! Simply inform us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the artwork within a further 14 days for a full 100% refund of the purchase price, including the outward postage costs. No quibbles, no questions asked. If the item was damaged in transit we will pay the postage cost for the return, otherwise you will be required to pay this. Please request a proof of postage from your post office.

You should allow 3-5 days for the delivery of your artwork in the UK, but longer if we are sending abroad. Please let us know via our contact form if delivery is urgent and we will do our best to send the item as quickly as possible. We will of course inform you should there be any delays on our side.
